motherjones: Processed food is more popular than ever. As long as we are having some fun critiquing food, I noticed this chart on my dash just now. It’s pretty amusing to me that “grains and baked goods” are somehow considered a separate category from “processed foods and sweets.” Oh you SAD eaters, LOL.
